How much does this event cost?Â
General admission is $500. This includes admission for you, your Raptor, and one guest. Want to bring more friends? Additional tickets for passengers who will ride in your vehicle are $200 each (max two). General admission includes a welcome BBQ Friday, lunch and dinner Saturday, custom-built skills-based driving experiences that include driving exercises, off-road trails, and workshops, entry into a limited raffle for a hot lap with a pro driver, exclusive Raptor swag bag, meet and greets with pro drivers and Ford team, and connections to event sponsors and Raptor Clubs. Â
VIP Registration is $750 and there are a limited number of tickets available. In addition to everything included in general registration, the VIP package includes a hot lap with a pro driver, premium swag, early access to the meet and greet, priority workshop seating, priority activity scheduling for two weeks, and a Friday evening sunset trail drive.Â
Do you offer a military discount?Â
Absolutely! We salute our service members with a $50 discount for active military and veterans. Email our team at RaptorRally@imagination.com for your exclusive discount code before completing registration. Thank you for your service!Â
What if I have a dietary restriction?Â
We’ll work with our food vendors to ensure there is a variety of options however we won’t be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. You are welcome to bring food onsite.Â

Is registration required to attend?Â
Yes! This isn't a show-up-and-join event. Advance registration is required for all attendees and their guests, and you must bring your own truck. No exceptions - we need to ensure proper planning for activities, meals, and merchandise. This event is expected to sell out, so you are encouraged to register today. Â
What information is needed to register? Â
When you register, you’ll need your driver's license number, VIN, vehicle model and year, and guest name. Payment is due at registration. Â
What if the session I want is full?
If your desired event is fully booked, you can place your name on the waiting list. If additional spots become available, the Raptor Rally team will inform you. Please note: The entry is neither to be regarded as a booking nor as a binding reservation. Â
When will I receive the final event documents/program schedule?

You will receive a final confirmation email two days before the event with all the details you need to ensure your trip to Raptor Rally is a success. Â
Am I allowed to take photos and videos? Â
It’s not only allowed, it’s encouraged. Photography and video recording are allowed throughout the event. However, the use of drones is strictly prohibited. You will also receive souvenir photos of you and your truck. Be sure to use #RaptorRally when you post on social media. Â
What payment options are available? Â
Payment by credit card only. Â
Is travel and lodging included in the registration price?Â
No. Raptor Rally participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodations and travel to and from the event.Â
GuestsÂ
Can I bring a guest?Â
Of course! Raptor adventures are better when shared. Your base registration includes yourself, your vehicle and one guest. You can add up to two more guests at $200 each. Everyone must be registered before the event. Guests must be at least 13 years old. Â
Who can drive my Raptor during the event?Â
Anyone 18+ with a valid driver's license who is registered for the event can take the wheel. We want everyone to experience the thrill of Raptor Rally, but safety comes first!Â
Can my four-legged co-pilot join?Â
Please leave your furry friends at home. While we love animals too, the extreme nature of the activities and large crowds means Raptor Rally is for people only. Service animals are allowed. Â

What if I don’t show up in a Raptor? Can I still attend?Â
This exclusive event is strictly for Raptor owners – only F-150 Raptor, Bronco Raptor, and Ranger Raptor vehicles will be permitted on the courses and trails. If it doesn't have the Raptor badge, it doesn't get in.Â
Do I need to be an expert off-roader to participate?Â
Not at all! We welcome Raptor owners of all skill levels. Raptor Rally is designed to help everyone level up their off-road game, whether you're a desert racing veteran or just took delivery of your first Raptor.Â

What safety protocols are in place?Â
Raptor Rally is a high-performance, off-road event. The safety protocols listed below will ensure that participants can enjoy the thrill of Raptor Rally while minimizing risks associated with high-performance off-road driving.Â
Vehicle InspectionsÂ
Visual inspections will be done prior to high-intensity activities to check tire condition, suspension components, and overall vehicle integrity to ensure safety. Â

- Safety briefings before each drive activityÂ
- Clear explanation of course features, potential hazards, and - proper techniques as well as specific instructions for challenging obstacles or technical sectionsÂ
- Trained instructors guiding trails and coursesÂ
- Radio communication network between staff for quick response in case of an emergencyÂ
- Predetermined extraction routes for disabled vehiclesÂ

My Raptor is modified. Can I still participate?Â
We love your passion for personalization! Quick visual vehicle assessments will be done prior to select activities such as jumping and trail drives. Any concerns or scenarios that might lead to damage will be communicated to drivers, enabling you to make informed decisions about your participation. While unlikely, if it is reasonably expected that vehicle damage will occur due to unusual or questionable modifications, participation in that activity may be declined.Â
What should I bring to maximize my experience?Â
Prepare for your off-road adventure with:Â

What should I leave behind?Â
For safety, leave behind any loose items that could become projectiles during intense off-road maneuvers. Secure all personal items in your vehicle and leave valuables at your hotel.Â
Rescheduling/CancellationÂ
What if I need to cancel my Raptor Rally reservation?Â
We hope you won't miss out! But if your circumstances change cancellations more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable. Email RaptorRally@imagination.com to cancel. Â
Can I modify my activity selections or guest information?Â
Use the link in your confirmation email to update activity preferences or guest information.Â
What happens if Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate?Â
October temperatures typically range from the low-70s to upper-80s, perfect for off-roading. Raptor Rally runs rain or shine, with programming adjustments only in case of severe weather (lightning or heavy storms). Some activities may be modified, but the Rally goes on!Â
